I did the ab circuit workout. I had Caesar salad and wagyu steak today , it was absolutely delicious. I also made a creamy shredded chicken veggie soup (mushrooms/celery/broccoli/carrots/onions) with chicken broth and protein milk (I found protein milk at Kroger) as the base and it turned out incredible! (See video) Water intake was good. Finally feeling better. Can’t wait to get back to TCF on Monday!!!!
