Day 1 and 2
So far so good! Working on losing the "Holidays 5" with my starting weight at 137.4 yesterday. Down to 137.0 lbs today. Protein, workouts, whole foods, and water goals ✅ . Started both days with Lemon Water + Pink Salt, and had ginger-tumeric tea both days.
