I did today's pilates at TCF๐คธ๐ผโโ๏ธ today and danced 3 hours after. Goals for Carbs: 120-140g, Fat 40-50g, and Protein: 100-110 see photo. I hit my water goal no alcohol, got 13,817 steps.
