TEN MORE DAYS TO GO Yโ€™ALL!!!!!!! Lost one pound since last week, totaling four pounds down so far in this challenge! Got my AM workout in with Felix! Got in all my protein as well!

I did today's pilates at TCF๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ today and danced 3 hours after. Goals for Carbs: 120-140g, Fat 40-50g, and Protein: 100-110 see photo. I hit my water goal no alcohol, got 13,817 steps.
