Went to arms class! Day 21- walking on treadmill to hit 20 minutes of working out today. Food wasn’t good today (extreme weather temps)

I did arm and glute classes, I met my protein but high in carbs at night

Met my protein goal but high carbs today πŸ˜“. I did core workout at home.
Day 21/21
We are done with part two!!!!! Although I felt part one was more of a success for me , I still managed to get through part 2 strong, even though I was sick for half of it! I really pushed through and fought to stay committed!!!!!! I am very proud of myself and proud of all of you that stuck it thru to the end!
