Before breakfast - zeera water ✅
Breakfast- one chicken kebab + 1 egg omlette + ghee roti + chai ☕
Midmorning - watermelon + kimami sewai + some roasted chana ( I was hungry didn't know why ) + peanut chikki 1 🥴
Lunch - 2 chicken kofta curry + 1 roti + curd ✅
Evening - 1 boiled egg + my babies left over egg yolk 2 + chai + small guava
Dinner - chane ki daal ki khichdi + tomato chutney + small portion of bhindi + 1 tomato
I don't know even after eating i am feeling hungry after 1 hour , is it due to my luetal phase ???
