Fasting day
Suhoor: 2 boiled eggs+ 2 slices of .ulti grain bread with peanut butter.
Water: 4-5 glasses
Iftar: 2 dates+ 2 glasses warm water with chia seeds
Few slices of apples n orange
Dinner: half naan with chicken curry
Water- 5 glasses
Workout: 10 min lower body strength training.
Steps: 17k. ( forgot to take a screenshot of it).
