I completed almost 7000 + steps Today 🥹🥹✅ That post about completing 10k steps is easy n how to do that ... helped me today. I tried short walks n took one morning walk n in evening also. Alhamdulillah that's great achievement for me . Hydration - Completed 9/10 glass of water. ✅ Played badminton - for 20 min. ✅ Fibre - had papaya as a mid snack. ✅ Protein - dinner ✅ lunch ✅ breakfast ✅
