Steps
I completed almost 7000 + steps Today 🥹🥹✅ That post about completing 10k steps is easy n how to do that ... helped me today. I tried short walks n took one morning walk n in evening also. Alhamdulillah that's great achievement for me . Hydration - Completed 9/10 glass of water. ✅ Played badminton - for 20 min. ✅ Fibre - had papaya as a mid snack. ✅ Protein - dinner ✅ lunch ✅ breakfast ✅
Breakfast
I almost have same breakfast everyday . I feel hungry by 8 am. And the last meal I take around 9:30 to 10 pm. I got for a walk at 9 am. And is it fine ? Or shall I change the timing of my breakfast? Walking after breakfast is fine ? Or it should be on empty stomach. Please help @Dn. Hamda Zain @Hadia Saif

Water intake
Don't know how to consume plenty of water , surviving whole day on a single glass :( Anu suggestions!

Just drink a glass of water before praying your salah and after finishing it .

Clean eating day
Day start with one glass of warm water with lemon Breakfast egg omelette with slice nd chai without sugar Done with the 15 mints walk. Drink 2 glass of water Lunch two chicken piece with salad After that 10 mint walk 1 hour gym Snack 2 oranges
