High-Protein Raspberry Oats (No Protein Powder)
Ingredients (grams) - 45 g rolled oats - 200 g Fairlife ultra-filtered milk - 50 g water - 10 g chia seeds - 23 g raspberries - 80 g nonfat Greek yogurt (stir in after cooking) - 8 g PB Fit (optional drizzle) - 8 g maple syrup Instructions 1. Cook oats + milk + water + chia seeds in a pot for 5–6 minutes until thick. 2. Remove from heat. 3. Stir in Greek yogurt (this makes it creamy like pudding) and maple syrup. 4. Top with raspberries and PB Fit drizzle (optional drizzle) I didn't add drizzle to mine Estimated Macros Approximate: • Calories: ~360 • Protein: 30–32 g • Carbs: ~38 g • Fat: ~7 g

I want to take a moment to talk about @Rayven Maalona ✨ Before joining the BBB 1on1 coaching program, she wanted to: - To be healthy and fit to where I can be active without feeling pain - Walk long distances or uphill without being tired - To not worry about being at risk of any health problems that run in her family - And to be fit enough to help my family if it ever came to them needing assistance. A Reminder of My Why 💪🏽
Wanted to share a win that I told my coach about yesterday! My siblings and I spent about 6 hours helping our aunt and uncle sort and move things as they prepare to move to Samoa. My brother and I ended up handling most of the heavier lifting. My aunt was worried it would be too much and told us to wait for when our cousins came, but my brother and I just told her, “Aunty… this is why we work out.” 😆 So she let us take over. We moved containers in and out of the garage organizing everything. She was surprised watching us go back and forth and how quickly we got it done. Later we found out the containers were anywhere from 10–60 lbs. There was also an island counter top that she thought would be too heavy but we were able to move it too! We even ended up on her Facebook Live 🤣 This was a meaningful win for me because my body is still in recovery mode and I’ve kept to light workouts lately. But I still had the energy to be out there lifting and moving for hours, and my back and knees handled it just fine. After we left, my aunt texted my mom thanking her for having us come out to help. She had been really overwhelmed thinking about how they were going to move everything, and it was a big relief to have us there. Moments like this remind me of my why — getting healthier and stronger so I can be ready when my family needs me.

Day 7 & 8 of 90-Day programmegoing strong 💪🏻💪🏻
TGIF, everyone! 🌞 How's your week been treating you? Drop a quick update—what was the highlight (or the funniest moment) of your week? 😄 Mine was pretty solid! The weather the last couple of days has been absolute perfection—22°C, clear blue skies, gentle breeze. We took full advantage and had relaxed breakfasts out on the balcony both yesterday and today, just soaking up the sun. Pure bliss ☕🌤️ Fitness-wise, I've been consistent: runs, upper + lower body strength sessions at the gym, plus walks to round it out. Big first for me today—I tried Smith machine barbell squats! It felt a bit weird compared to free barbell squats (the fixed path changes the positioning and stability), but I pushed through and hit a back-off set of 65 kg for 6 reps. Also went heavy on the 45-degree leg press machine, maxing out at 90 kg for 8 reps on the final set. It's honestly refreshing to mix in different machines and dumbbell work on my own. No coach guiding every move like in CrossFit or BFT classes, but I love the freedom to really focus, optimize my form, control the tempo, and apply all the techniques I've picked up from those classes. That said, I still enjoy the energy of group sessions too! So curious—what about you? Do you prefer training solo at the gym (more control and personalization) or group classes (motivation + community vibe)? Or a mix of both? Tell me your go-to style and why! 💪🏋️‍♀️ Looking forward to hearing from you—hope your weekend is off to an amazing start! ❤️

Way to work @Crissy Hung ! 💪🏽 When I was younger, I loved group workout classes and working out with a personal trainer or a friend at the gym because I felt better knowing someone could help me to improve or push. Since starting the program, I’ve enjoyed working out at home using it as my time to be alone. Funniest moment this week was ending up on my aunt’s Facebook live when we were helping her move stuff in her garage and she called me “Muscle Girl”. 🤣
