ETS Session 6
Woooweee just completed session 6 of ETS for the first time, dios mio! The struggle is real but I can feel the tissue quality improving slowly to make these positions a bit more tolerable. The progress is inching along. Coach, is there any insight your willing to share about how you learned your methodology? Are there any coaches/mentors that stuck out to you?

@Andre Victorian very inquisitive, and quite the journey you've been on. I'm currently reading a great book about performance by Dan Pfaff. Oddly enough, the next chapter is about flexibility for athletes. What was some of the literature thst put you on to producing this methodology?

Pelvic tilt, getting on top of my hips and relieving some of the lumber spine loading in the straddle. But it's improving slowly with your programming advice!

@Andre Victorian I value this feedback. I'm currently on HOF 5, GGBB 5 & ETS 4. I find some nice improvement from the back activations in the beginning of ETS, I'll try layering in GGBB 5 before my next ETS session!
Second week start
I completed two days this week, both session ones, of enter the straddle and hips of fury. What a grind wow the intensity is real. Today I did my first session two of enter the straddle and the progressions were just enough to bend but not break me. I will stay consistent, I will evolve and I will tell myself in the future that the hardest part wete these first few weeks. Thanks coach Andre

@Andre Victorian let's go!!!
A little about me...
Wassup everybody? My name's Range, I'm new here just wanted to introduce myself and comment on my first session. So I'm a strength coach, I work with everyone but this past summer worked with predominantly professional hockey players. I'm known for being a mobility coach but I don't think I'm nearly where I want to be with my mobility, especially once you consider Andre's practice. I had my first session today and I loved it. I've spent the past two years sorta on and off working on my pancake but have stagnated and lost consistency. Today, I felt much more specific adaptation and all while in the pancake shape which opened my mind to how versatile a position it is. I don't feel too sore either, I actually feel great! I'm looking forward to seeing how I progress the next month or so. Thanks Andre and happy gains to all of you!

@Laura Segal wonderful to meet you, I'm happy to be here. I agree, the straddle opener was a whole lot of new feels, all good. Excited to access more of these hips and use them!
