@Michael Kittinger would lost to take a look at what your are doing :)
Still getting spam calls. Anyone have a successful prompt?
I added this prompt: ## AI Voice & Loop Pattern Detection - Monitor for structured, overly formal, or emotionless speech patterns. If responses consistently lack variation or natural pauses, treat the caller as potentially AI-driven. - If the caller repeats similar sentence structures or restarts the conversation without context, flag the behavior as a possible AI loop. - If open-ended questions result in vague, non-responsive, or repeated answers, consider the caller non-human. - If multiple back-to-back calls occur from the same number, each starting the conversation over again, treat this as a loop pattern. - If the caller ignores or talks over transition prompts, or fails to engage in natural conversational flow, treat it as AI-like behavior. - In any of these cases: - Do not initiate demos or bookings. - End the call using end_call. - Use create_note to log the pattern. - Use update_details to flag the number for review if applicable. But still the loop stays, bot doesn’t disconnect. @Assistable Team we need to be able to block phone numbers or people calling. I can’t take another 7 hours of phone calls from 4 different numbers with the same thing.

This is really a big issue that we need to address, losing so much $$$ because of this. Thankfully it happened to our internal accounts and not client accounts. :(
⚠️ Real Risk for Voice AI: Spam Attacks Draining Balances
Hi everyone, I just read a LinkedIn post where someone lost $20K in minutes because their Voice AI callback form was hit with fake international numbers. Their agent kept calling and talking, draining their balance completely. This is a wake-up call for us. We should make sure we’re fully covered against something like this — things like CAPTCHA, spend caps, geo locks, concurrency limits, etc. I wanted to bring this up here so we can make sure we’re all covered and avoid any risks like that and protect ourselves and our clients. Better safe than sorry. 🙃 We’ve seen a few of our clients go through this too, and it can get really messy really fast. That’s why I think it’s important we put the right safeguards in place together. 🙌 @Assistable Team @Mike Copeland @Jorden Williams

Heads up everyone. I just experienced an attack and lost 600 dollars before catching it in time. Thankfully, we were able to stop it, but I’d like to hear from the @Assistable Team on how we can prevent this in the future. Any advice or upcoming measures would be appreciated. All UK based numbers and attacked mainly the forms to make outbound calls.

This is super scary and I hope we can get some robust way to block these attacks.
Question - LC phone # vs Assistable bought # vs Twilio #
Hey all - I did a search on "LC phone", but i wasn't 100% crystal on this. I have a client who has LC phone number #1 for their WhatsApp, and LC phone number #2 they were using for text and voice AI Employee. I'm shifting them to Assistable now. Am i correct here that... - I can leave LC Phone number #2 as it is and it will work with Assistable text, but not with voice. - I can transfer LC Phone number #2 to Twilio via HL Chat Support and then transfer it in via Assistable to use with voice, but it won't work for text and I'll still need an LC phone for that. - In order to have text AND voice, I need to leave the LC Phone Number #2 as an LC phone number where it is (for text) and then buy new number for voice through Assistable (or through Twilio and transfer it in). I'm shaky on the second and third bullets - are those correct?

@Sean McGinnis you need to import into assistable (but thats only the phone part) for SMS you need to connect with GHL support and ask them to help you with the number import into your HL account. The HL Support has access to Twilio admin so they can only do it.

@Sean McGinnis Yes sir.
Looking for a JV Partner
I have a pretty hot CRE lead that wants automations and AI agents built out. Looking to partner with someone with experience who can roll this out, because I don't want to deliver a half-assed shit. HMU and we can talk, but please only if you have experience in this. Let's help businesses roll out really efficient systems that transform their life.
