@Callan Mendyk OpenAI quality across the board sucks rn. Even in our chat completion lab where we test stuff, it likes to end the conversation on voice and chat when calling availability, getting dates wrong even when given explicitly and cadence is off

Timeline
Hey @Jorden Williams I know theirs a lot of issues going on with the transition to v3 and inconsistency, but I was just wondering if it's possible to give a timeline on when the systems return back to normal fully functional. Even a really broad timeline and I know that's really hard to say, but a really rough estimate works because I need to know if need to learn another tool for now and come back when everything's functioning. If that's possible please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Most should be good - we actual returned to the same stack, I know we have some underlying stuff like telnyx trunks and legacy numbers but most should be on legacy stack now I did see some stuff with like calls cutting after tool calls but we are pushing the patch to that shortly
Wrong day for booking?
I know there are updates happening int he background but I have one client account where the AI can't seem to get the date right in booking a call - support gave me a prompt idea to add Remember, today is {{current_time}}. So, when discussing availability you need to make sure you use this context so that you want using the correct date and time. {{current_time_<GHL_TIMEZONE>}} or {{current_time}} however now the agent wont find the booking availabitly and the tools are enabled. Anyone with same issue and a possible fix?

@Simeon Krastev it’s pulling straight from ghl cal times with JavaScript Date function - I’m noticing it everywhere, part of me feels like UTC and date formet is being injected systematically at the LLM lvl, will work on CoT for this

@Connie Lund will do! We have a lot of compliance stuff going on here too to long term protect our numbers but we can at least give analytics and opt outs
