I am not a horse, but I am wondering if this is Stable?
I'm in the process of taking on a new customer (one of a few in the pipeline), and... I've got ANXIETY. - Will this be stable enough to deliver on the promises I made when I pitched this product to them? - Will I set something up for it to fail after I have gone live with this? I am also at a loss, the contextualised demo, which was working previously, does not work with the current set up. The prompts are not read from a custom field in GHL and the title of the customer field that is located inside the curly brackets are what is read out to the client participating in a demo. I really want this to work, and after having reached out Jorden, he said that he had something that could help with this, I've really not heard anything. Support, even though they are polite and professional, have not been able to find a work around for this or let me know why it's not working. I have live ads, live customers and I am actually in a panic about what is going to happen with the customers I do have and the ones that I have pitched to. The voice bots once set up and are tested, in my experience, fail, hallucinate, mis pronounce words, don't use the correct tool calls, the tool calls have to be set up in different ways, taking up more of the prompt window, the list goes on. The speak over the user on the phone, they change voice mid way through a call, they don't utilise the knowledge banks correctly. I'm trying to be patient, but not heard anything back since the 3rd week of February from @Jorden Williams , I know there is a BIG PUSH for V3, but I am a CURRENT customer, caught in the no mans land cross fire of current system issues, and wether you regard this as a RANT or not, I'm just trying to get some help, so that I can carry on running a business with the model that I pivoted to last year based on what the software delivered on. I'm not trying to make my problem your problem, because, essentially it's not, but I am looking for clarity and support.
