Day Nine | Mental Clarity
We're coming to the end of our series here and I don't know about you but I'm definitely feeling more clear! As the fog lifts, clarity may not be loud.. it’s often quiet and steady. Today’s practice is for the part of you that’s ready to know again. ✨ Inquiry: - What is becoming clear to you now? - Where might you be overthinking something simple? 🔍 What came into focus today? Comment and share your insights.

YN has been a saviour for me, I look forward to listening to my inner world but it's not been a bed of roses, in fact quite the opposite. Today for example, it showed me that I'm holding one of the deepest traumas, and whilst I can talk about and intellectualise I can't quite release it somatically. And honestly, some days I get tired and resentful that I am doing all the work, the YN, the journalling, the yoga, the everything. Sometimes I wish it would erupt like a volcano and be out and over with and I can get on with an easy life. But I know that's not the case. I'm trusting that by resourcing myself that I will be rooted in love and nourishment when it does rear it's ugly head and I'll be able to energetically lighten my load. Every day my sankalpa is I am here, for I chose to be, right? ❤️
Day Eight | Emotional Rest
Sometimes the heart gets tired too. Today’s practice is about laying down the emotional load you’ve been carrying, consciously or not. ✨ Reflect: ●What emotion have you been suppressing or skipping over? ●What does your heart need today to feel held? ❤ Share if you felt a shift.

I love the vision of the scales, this puts into perspective all the emotional and physical load I'm carrying , often not my own but my children, the clients I work with, the world. I can't help being such an open aura, I don't want to block it off but visualising the scales is a great reminder of the abundance available to root and resource without ever feeling selfish. Thank you once again ❤️
Day Two | Mental Stillness
Welcome to day two everyone! It feels so great to be doing this as a community again! 💖 Here are today's thoughts: When thinking of the mental body (manomaya kosha).. it can feel like some days, the mind is a crowded airport. Announcements, arrivals, missed connections. It helps me to think of 'mental stillness', not as the absence of thought but the space underneath it all. Like putting on the noise cancelling headphones in the middle of the busy terminal. Instant peace and quiet. ✨ Today’s inquiry is: - What’s the loudest thought in your mind today? - What might it be protecting you from feeling? 🌀 Share your experience below.. what did you meet in the stillness during the practice today?

Thank you for this today, I look forward to my YN sessions but I really needed this one after a misunderstanding this morning with my 10 year old. I realise in my meditation she is pushing me energetically for a while and today I was thrown. We both can't understand what's going on with her. But today's meditation my sankalpa is I am whole. I feel a sense of rooting and grounding again and I hope to respond to the next wave as beautiful as the lotus flower with my feet firmly in the mud. 🩷🌸

Time is a created thing. To say 'I don't have time,' is like saying, 'I don't want to. Lao Tzu I made time for a daily 1 hr practice of Yoga Nidra with Ayla 11 months ago as I was going through anticipatory grief of losing my dear Grandma. She passed on 6th June 25 and I am blessed to have YN to support my physical and emotional health. It has had profound effects in my spiritual growth and transformative effects in my offerings as a Cranial sacral energy healer. Thank you Ayla!

Day One | Deep Inner Peace
Alright friends… we’re doing this!🚀 Welcome to Rest & Restore! If you’ve made it here, that means you carved out space for rest, for breath, for you. Today’s theme? Deep Inner Peace. No pressure. Just the thing we’ve all been craving since… forever. Yoga Nidra teaches us that peace isn’t some enlightened state you unlock after doing enough breathwork and drinking moon water. It’s already inside you. Hiding under your to-do list, waiting patiently beneath the overthinking. Today’s practice is about remembering that. ✨ A few reflection prompts to ease you in: - What does your version of peace feel like in the body? - Where are you done trying so hard, and ready to let it be easy? And don’t forget… 💫 Every comment you leave during the series = one entry to win: 🌟 A 1:1 session with Ayla 🌟 A 20-minute personalized Nova Nidra recording (Valued at $888) 👇 So get cozy, press play on today’s Nidra, and tell us what bubbled up. You are all welcome here.

Peace today was released in my right psoas muscle and the fascia of my left hamstring. Peace is also in the subtle body, the energy fields just outside of the physical. I've been practicing yoga nidra daily with Ayla for last 11 months. My intention back then to start was to help me through anticipatory grief that I was holding in my body and in my bones for my dear Grandma. I energetically knew she was transitioning and I was scared. She passed 6th June 25. I continue to practice daily as it has been a blessing towards my spiritual growth, physical and emotional health ❤️ As a Cranial sacral energy healer , yoga nidra has had profound effects in my offerings 🙏 Thank you Ayla!
