Potluck Ideas Needed
Hi folks. I have a personal goal of having a plan for eating well at this season’s festive potlucks. Hoping you will share your protein recipes with me as I would like to take a bite size something that fits my eating plan. I’m drawing a blank. Thank you!

@Genevieve Morrone I do the same thing as far as making protein in big batches. We use it for various things for the following few days!
Let Them
I have been adopting this thought process of "Let Them". Let Them not invite you, Let Them not call, Let Them talk behind your back, Let Them do whatever it is they do. BUT then Let Me.....create my boundaries. It's really not a new concept but this tag line of "Let Them" resonates so well with me. I am finding that I am more free from worrying about everyone else, stressing about what others think so I am more restful in my day. I think in the 60's it was "Live and Let Live"
Lifting with Arthritis
I have arthritis in my basal thumb joints. I want to lift heavier in the worst way but hands are preventing me from doing so. UGH. Suggestions please? Will performing more reps get the results too? HELP

I use the Yogi teas. I also make my own lemon ginger water, hot or cold, yummy!
