The Cholesterol Myth - what about eating too many eggs?
Should I be worried about Cholesterol in my daily Nutrition plan? One of our "Students" in the FitnHealthy Forever SKOOL Community was sharing a recipe with a cup of egg whites, one whole egg, some turkey bacon and spinach. Looked amazing and I'm sure it tasted amazing too. There could be many reasons WHY there was only one Yolk and mostly egg whites, so I asked. The reason given was a concern about eating too much dietary fat (potentially leading to high cholesterol?) and how it might affect overall Health.
