I went with both (hybrid) just made sense for my goals. Strength training makes me feel unstoppable, like I can take on anything. But endurance? That’s just as important. Keeping up with my kids as they ride, running alongside them while they loop the block like little Energizer bunnies—it’s a whole different kind of challenge. Both keep me moving, and I wouldn’t trade either.

A quiet morning coffee sets the tone for the day. Calm and intentional. It’s a pause before the rush, a small act of mindfulness that lets me gather my thoughts and step into the day.

The kids watch everything you do even when you think they aren't watching lol. Everyday, no matter if its in the gym, grocery store, park or visiting family I try to be an example for my kids. They motivate me to be the best I can for them.
