🦸 Superhero WOD: The Hulk Smash – 09-21-25
5 Rounds for Time: - 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lb) - 15 Hand-Release Push-Ups - 20 Box Jumps (24/20”) - 200m Sandbag Carry (70/50 lb) Stimulus: This WOD brings raw power and explosive movement under fatigue. The heavy deadlifts demand strength, the push-ups test upper-body stamina, and the box jumps spike your heart rate before sending you into a grind of sandbag carries. Expect your legs, lungs, and grip to be torched by the later rounds—stay consistent and fight for clean movement even as fatigue builds. Scaling Options: - Deadlifts → Lighter barbell or Dumbbells - Box Jumps → Step-Ups 💬 Post your time, scaling choices, and how you felt tackling this one.
