How to mapping out infos from chat and voice and send them via email?
Dear All! We are working with Real estate agencies. The voice and chat AI is able to suggest properties from knowledge base. it has direct URL and reference number too... What is the best way to send all the URL was offered them during the call or chat via email after the conversation finished? In voice the AI is not allowed to speak out the URL to keep the conversation clean. So i guess mapping tool can not work. Thank you in advance.

@Norbi Takacs If its in knowledge base its kinda hard but worth trying, It might be much easier in Google Sheets. During call create a custom tool where when user agree to receive the suggested property link via sms or email, This custom tool will extract the link from the conversation. when the conversation is over trigger a workflow e.g if else Propert url - is not empty (trigger) wait 1 minue send message (with url link)
After you close your first client
So once we close our first client, how do we move forward? Do we integrate everything into their CRM or we create them a new CRM under our agency and make them Move? What if they don’t want to move and stay with their own agency account or other crm platforms?? Or we use zapier or make.com to connect everything?

@Farza Yousuf if they already have their own CRM you can use that but if they don't have one, create one for them.

Can one Assistant be programmed for two objectives?
My Reminder Caller Called the customer after the appointment to ask if they were still coming to the appointment. (My fault because of how I had the workflow set up) But she did notice the appointment had passed so she asked if they had made the appointment. Is there a way to have the reminder caller to be prompted that if the appointment was in the past do this... So I would have her ask if they have any follow up questions or concerns. I was wondering can one assistant have conditional logic and serve two jobs. hopefully this makes sense.

@Jenifer Jay You can set up two assistants and control them with your GHL workflow. For example, if the appointment is in the past, trigger the follow-up assistant. If it’s upcoming, trigger the reminder assistant. Both can still use the same phone number.
Struggling with Accurate Pricing Responses
Hi everyone, We’re running into an issue with our GHL + Assistable AI setup and hoping someone here has figured this out already. We’re trying to get the AI to provide accurate pricing for services by gender (waxing salon). We’ve tried multiple approaches, but so far no luck — the AI keeps hallucinating/making up prices instead of pulling the correct ones. Here’s what we’ve tried: - Adding pricing in the knowledge base (as FAQ and as a table) - Using the API/tool method and connecting it to Google Sheets - Prompt engineering/different prompting structures None of these have worked — it still doesn’t reliably give the correct numbers. Has anyone successfully set up their AI assistant to pull and respond with accurate service pricing? If so, what worked for you? Any tips or ideas would be super appreciated! Thanks in advance 🙏

@Maria Tzanova Sure will do
Knowledgebase - some issues and ideas
Issues: 1. there is no way to update the existing FAQ or text - once they are added, they are not editable. But let's say one answer was wrongly added and I need to rewrite it or delete it - right now I have no chance to do it - I have to delete the whole FAQ and add it again. 2. there is no simple way to give my client access to only knowledgebase to allow him to correct it if needed 3. there is no simple way to add a Google Sheet with FAQ, which will be synced everyday - this would be a solution for the p.2 4. maybe good idea will be to have a sync with GHL knowledgebase? Then I can give access to the GHL user to edit KB in GHL instead to given him access to assistable 5. would be nice to have ability to import FAQ from a file like csv - it will save a lot of time if FAQ has for instance 100 records

@Igor Czajkowski I would use google sheets specially it is a text bot. I have seen much better results with Gsheets. You can connect you google sheets via buildship.
