Hi guys, I am a new user of assistable and I have some little challenges on my WhatsApp bot for a real estate agency. I am looking for help on these problems: 1. How to set the bot to collect from the user all required info like how many bedrooms, localization, budget and other requirements and then ask an external database of real estate properties via API and get one answer? 2. How to set the same for the user's question like "What is the cheapest 3br apt for rent in Juffair?" 3. As I understand right now assitstabe WhatsApp bot is not able to understand voice notes. I have some workaround - I can transcribe them automatically with GHL workflow and add the transcript to the contact custom field to be used by assistable bot, BUT how to set assistable bot to read this custom field when the custom field was updated and treat it as the user's message? ANY IDEA? FYI my GHL workflow recognizes WA voice notes and send them for transcription and overwrite the custom field with the latest transcription, so in this field is always the content of the latest voice note. 4. How to set 3 follow ups when the user doesn't respond to the bot, let's say after 15 minutes, 60 minutes and 3 hours?
