What is the point of a knowledge base if the assistant doesn't retrieve from it? I have a KB built out for an SMS speed to lead to work as a website information widget about products. Test it out and it just comes up with random suggestions or brand names when asked about products Seems silly this basic feature doesn't work properly

@Assistable Team @Assistable Ai I am facing the same problems with knowledge base. It looks like this functionality doesn't work at all as expected. Example: in KB I added this (as a text, not FAQ section): Do you handle resident complaints? Yes. We manage all queries, insurance claims, and compliance for owners. when I asked the bot, I got this response: We do not handle resident complaints directly. However, we can guide you on how to address them through the appropriate channels. If you need assistance with this, feel free to let me know! I can share more examples where responses are not as in given KB data. I think it is CRITICAL bug.

I found a successful workaround: every question and answer to be added as a separate text entry and saved, then the responses are as expected. Example - please note that after the question is a colon and the following text is in the same line.

Knowledgebase - some issues and ideas
Issues: 1. there is no way to update the existing FAQ or text - once they are added, they are not editable. But let's say one answer was wrongly added and I need to rewrite it or delete it - right now I have no chance to do it - I have to delete the whole FAQ and add it again. 2. there is no simple way to give my client access to only knowledgebase to allow him to correct it if needed 3. there is no simple way to add a Google Sheet with FAQ, which will be synced everyday - this would be a solution for the p.2 4. maybe good idea will be to have a sync with GHL knowledgebase? Then I can give access to the GHL user to edit KB in GHL instead to given him access to assistable 5. would be nice to have ability to import FAQ from a file like csv - it will save a lot of time if FAQ has for instance 100 records

so this cost 0.07USD per minute covers: transcriber, LLM and TTS (Voice)? is is counted per second or rounded to minutes - for instance 15 second call will be counted as 0.25min or 1min?
WhatsApp bot challenges
Hi guys, I am a new user of assistable and I have some little challenges on my WhatsApp bot for a real estate agency. I am looking for help on these problems: 1. How to set the bot to collect from the user all required info like how many bedrooms, localization, budget and other requirements and then ask an external database of real estate properties via API and get one answer? 2. How to set the same for the user's question like "What is the cheapest 3br apt for rent in Juffair?" 3. As I understand right now assitstabe WhatsApp bot is not able to understand voice notes. I have some workaround - I can transcribe them automatically with GHL workflow and add the transcript to the contact custom field to be used by assistable bot, BUT how to set assistable bot to read this custom field when the custom field was updated and treat it as the user's message? ANY IDEA? FYI my GHL workflow recognizes WA voice notes and send them for transcription and overwrite the custom field with the latest transcription, so in this field is always the content of the latest voice note. 4. How to set 3 follow ups when the user doesn't respond to the bot, let's say after 15 minutes, 60 minutes and 3 hours?
