How to mapping out infos from chat and voice and send them via email?

Dear All!

We are working with Real estate agencies. The voice and chat AI is able to suggest properties from knowledge base. it has direct URL and reference number too... What is the best way to send all the URL was offered them during the call or chat via email after the conversation finished? In voice the AI is not allowed to speak out the URL to keep the conversation clean. So i guess mapping tool can not work. Thank you in advance.
