Knowledgebase - some issues and ideas
Issues:
  1. there is no way to update the existing FAQ or text - once they are added, they are not editable. But let's say one answer was wrongly added and I need to rewrite it or delete it - right now I have no chance to do it - I have to delete the whole FAQ and add it again.
  2. there is no simple way to give my client access to only knowledgebase to allow him to correct it if needed
  3. there is no simple way to add a Google Sheet with FAQ, which will be synced everyday - this would be a solution for the p.2
  4. maybe good idea will be to have a sync with GHL knowledgebase? Then I can give access to the GHL user to edit KB in GHL instead to given him access to assistable
  5. would be nice to have ability to import FAQ from a file like csv - it will save a lot of time if FAQ has for instance 100 records
