Struggling with Accurate Pricing Responses
Hi everyone, We’re running into an issue with our GHL + Assistable AI setup and hoping someone here has figured this out already. We’re trying to get the AI to provide accurate pricing for services by gender (waxing salon). We’ve tried multiple approaches, but so far no luck — the AI keeps hallucinating/making up prices instead of pulling the correct ones. Here’s what we’ve tried: - Adding pricing in the knowledge base (as FAQ and as a table) - Using the API/tool method and connecting it to Google Sheets - Prompt engineering/different prompting structures None of these have worked — it still doesn’t reliably give the correct numbers. Has anyone successfully set up their AI assistant to pull and respond with accurate service pricing? If so, what worked for you? Any tips or ideas would be super appreciated! Thanks in advance 🙏

Knowledge question...
I have one client with a google sheet of they products (price, colors, etc)... whats is the best way to incorporate to knowledge base of the bot ? May be the share URL of Google Sheet ?

Looks like Buildship's format change a little. Creating new form isn't quite blank: See screen shot 1 New steps to get the same result as the video: 1) Click that fist circle to add a connections = select --> Rest AIP Call - See second screen shot - Path and post are the same just click connect after your done and select build in the top left corner to get back to the main screen. - See third screen shot 2) Skip the input 3)Add the google sheets node = same as the instructions --> it defaults to sheets (aka the whole sheet) 4) Flow out = return - This flow out is the new return function. - You can select your sheets from here and click the additional options to map back to the video. - See fourth screen shot The reset is pretty much the same. I got it work with the chat however it's still returning mixed results. My scenario = Services that variance based on one use inputted variable. Services sometimes have the same langue but with different description. Example: "Train" vs "Train engine". Still testing things out. *Not sure if this screen shot post in order. Fingers crossed.
