✨ Sunday Shift Day ✨ week of Sept 28
✨ Sunday Shift Day ✨ Today’s the day 🙌 I’m so excited to see so many new faces here, welcome. Here’s your invitation: **just show up.** You don’t need to have the “perfect” plan or do the full Sunday Shift routine. All I want you to do today is: 👉 Post ONE focus or intention for the week ahead. Think of it in the broadest sense of wellness, whatever will *move the dial* for you right now. Examples: - Nervous system (stress, sleep, calm) - Movement (walking, lifting, yoga, dancing, whatever feels good) - Fuel (food, hydration, energy) - Relationships (connection, boundaries, joy) Pick **one word, one GIF, one micro-commitment.** Keep it simple. ✨ If you’re a little further along in your goal-setting journey, watch my video where I show you how to use AI to get extra clarity. It’s a game-changer for refining your goals. Remember, we’re not just repeating steps. We’re co-creating this process together. This is about accountability, not just more information. Here’s the pulse of it: ✅ You show up for yourself. ✅ You cheer others on. ✅ You feel the momentum build week after week. You came here for accountability. That doesn’t look like hiding. That looks like showing up and posting. In my own Sunday Shift today I’m also sharing a big vulnerable aha moment. Curious if you relate. So here’s your Sunday challenge: 1️⃣ Post your Sunday Shift. 2️⃣ Cheer at least 3 other posts. And yes, I’ll share my own Sunday Shift below 👇 For the full Sunday Shift Classroom Details check it out here: https://www.skool.com/shift-society/classroom/a5101f98?md=43a0d9f21727424bad9528282d86eeae

@Mélanie DesChâtelets The one I have ready to start is called The Confidence Gap. Next I will pick a John Maxwell book I think.

@Mélanie DesChâtelets not as well as hoped. We did have some challenges the last few mornings that disrupted schedules. I am giving myself some grace there. I did however read this morning.

Something wonderful is about to happen ✨️
Happy Saturday everyone, just wanted to share something. In another group I’m in someone shared something that’s been super sticky for me this week, and it’s to wake up with the practice of saying to yourself: “Something wonderful is about to happen to me today.” It made me think about when i learned about cognitive bias. Okay I know that sounds like a fancy word but it’s just a research term for how our mind is biased toward things. One of the big ones is negativity. Evolutionarily that kept us safe, but in today’s world we’re surrounded by way too much information, and it’s easy to get stuck on the negative. Think of it like this: negative stuff sticks like Velcro, and positive stuff can slide off like Teflon. So starting your day with this little mantra is a way to grow the good stuff. No day is ever only good or only bad, but the mantra helps counterbalance that negativity bias. It’s like putting on a filter so you notice the wonderful things more and in a way it’s a practice of gratitude. I’ve been using it since I heard it and I’m liking it. What do you guys think? 💛 Happy Saturday, post below something wonderful that’s happened to you today!

I spent Saturday afternoon and Sunday with my grandkids and kids. Best way to spend time, and such a blessing to be able to do so.

I went from forgetting it every time... to nearly never missing
So who can relate? I was making oatmeal this morning at 5am… my little guy woke up extra early. I was standing in front of my mason jars 👉 see photo, and thinking about the power of systems. I had this big bag of bulk chia and hemp seeds in the pantry for what felt like forever. Sounds easy, right? Just add a spoonful here and there for fiber and plant-based protein. But they sat there, untouched, for months. About a year ago, I got curious about the resistance. I actually like it when I use them, the kids do too… so what gives? At the time, sleep was spotty and I was usually cooking with one babe on my hip. That extra step of opening a bag, finding a spoon, sealing it back up — it made the whole thing feel harder than it needed to be. So I splurged (lol) on some cute mason jar covers. Now, the chia and hemp live on an open shelf, right next to the oven. I grab, pour, and put it back. One-handed. Easy peasy. Sometimes we’re so quick to think we’re lazy or inconsistent… but what if the system just isn’t supporting the habit? A little curiosity can go a long way. That $6 lid has increased my compliance at adding chia and hemp to my oatmeal to basically 100%. P.S. I do this with my protein powder too, sprinkle a little in while I’m at it. All of a sudden, our cozy family breakfast became a protein-and-fibre-rich start to the day. All thanks to a system that works for real life. What's a system you implemented that help you be more consistent. Comment below!

We get a fruit and veggie box each week. As soon as they come, they get opened and any larger fruit (pineapple, melons) get cut up and put in a container. Healthy snacks for all the kids and adults that is easy to grab. My daughter and I meal plan the week so that we don't end up ordering in or grabbing something unhealthy on the fly. They are little things, but they sure make a difference.
