Sunday workout! & plan for the week 💪🏼
After a rest from workouts yesterday (and doing mobility on Wednesday), I decided to get a jump start on this week. Lower body week 5 was the dirty mofo ladders and WOOF, that was amazing and brutal at once! This week plan is Sun-Lower, Mon-Upper, Tues-Lower, Wed-Upper, Thurs-Mobility, then Spin Fri and Sat Already logged my food for the week to work toward my calorie and macros target goal I set for the week, and plan to plug in all our dinners and lunches ahead as well right now to be set in that respect! (Should I talk about this process live? Would it help??) i’m making pizza for the superbowl and a protein ice cream!!! For me it is so helpful to plug in what you know you want first and build around it! The meal prep, laundry and other Sunday tasks also are on deck. It’ll be a busy one but productive!! How’s everyone else doing on Sunday?? Any goals for the week? Post them in goals & accountability!

Goals for this week
I’m going to be brutally honest with myself here and admit that I’ve been lax on my nutrition. I have been tracking, but I’ve been going over my calories and indulging in candy (just because it’s here) almost daily for the last 2 weeks (at least!). And while I’m not about guilting or shaming myself I’m just trying to be honest about how it is aligning with the person I want to be (and become). This week is not about “no candy” but about having more integrity about sticking to hitting my calorie and macro targets as they’re set. If the candy fits, it’s fine. If it doesn’t, I have to be more realistic with myself and stop before just saying screw it like I have been. >>I’m aiming for 5/7 days of hitting the targets giving myself some wiggle room if life happens and also knowing that Friday is a night out and I’m not going to restrict or be hard on myself there! So that is my ONE focus for this week, on top of my other goals I set (like workouts, step count/movement) Please remember that checking in with yourself weekly like this about what’s working (or not) is how we get better!

I am right there with you on tracking! While also making new schedule work.
NEW MONTH, new goals!
Hey guys! HAPPY FEBRUARY! you’ll notice some new faces in here and some of us sharing our goals here for accountability (this is part of the prompts in No Reset Required! If you’ve been in past “challenge groups” of mine, you know we had daily posts that provided value - teaching, recipes, reflections, and support - that’s what I’m offering as a bonus in Classroom this month, so if you need and want more structure and more guidance, snag yourself a spot in there!) My wellness goals for February: 1) FITNESS PLAN: continue lifting at least 3 days a week (25 min speed train Lower/Upper/Total Body), spin 1-2 times a week, 1 rest day, and Mobility (either one morning workout or a variety of evening stretches throughout the week) 2) intentional movement as much as possible at work, aiming for 7k steps or more Monday-Friday 3) off phone & winding down for bed by 8:30 Monday-Friday and by 9:30 Sat and Sun I meal prepped today and then we went to Chuck E Cheese. I’m all set for the week! How about you?

Eat breakfast! Track food to ensure I am getting enough, don't get too hungry, and ENJOY!
Where do you feel stress in your body most right now?
Stress comes in so many forms - my problem is when things happen like snow storm or change in schedule I feel like the plan changes or what I have devolped needs to change. I have to remember that nothing has to change if I don't allow the stress to affect my plan. I need to find ways to put this into action.
