A quick turnaround and we will start this Wednesday with the fresh slate of a new month! For now we will stick with daily themes to keep it simple but I’m all ears for what we can do to stay accountable for November and December when life and holidays are happening! Invite new friends!!! October will be free for all — it’s my birthday and I always give a ton in celebration - let’s get people in & being part of the movement!

Here’s how to get the most out of this space: Our Core Spaces 🤝🏻Meet the Community - Get to know our fit family and share about you! 🧱 Mind & Body Foundation - All things physical, mental, emotional wellness. 🥵 Sweaty Selfies! - Share your post-workout photos and tell us how it went. 🏆 Goals & Accountability – Set your latest measurable goal & check in for accountability. 🥗 Nutrition Hub – Meals, recipes, nutrition hacks, resources, and/or questions. 😴 Recharge Room – Rest, recovery, stress, & mental resets. 💬 Linked Lounge – General chat, support, life stuff. ❓ Ask & Reflect – Drop your questions or reflections. 1️⃣Your First Step Introduce yourself in the Meet the Community 🤝🏻 space. Share: - Your name & where you’re from - Who are you "outside" this space? Do you work? Have kids? Hobbies? - What are your goals when it comes to wellness? (movement/exercise, eating healthier/meal planning or prep, having better energy, getting better sleep, feeling more "alive", mental/emotional well-being) - Tell us: Why did you join our community? What are you hoping to get inside? - One thing you’d love to improve (energy, confidence, health, mindset, etc.) - One thing that makes you special or unique. - >> Include a photo so we can see you (and/or your family) When I say we aren't like every other wellness group, I mean that we lead with honesty, encouragement, and compassion — but we will help keep you accountable to the things you say you desire.

Dinner!
Something easy! Sausage egg and cheese pie! Crescent roll crust, egg, cheese and sausage milk and seasoning. Could definitely clean it up if you wanted. Bake and enjoy! Reheats really well in the microwave.
