April
April 5th already?! Been a busy few days. My daughter’s birthday was Thursday, then off Friday, and a few days of birthday and Easter festivities. Honestly have done zero workouts the last couple days but been so nice to be present with everything going on. We’re heading to Disney world in 10 days so April is kind of a busy month! Goals are to really just maintain until we get back from Disney. Gotta enjoy life!! Happy April!
New place in Manayunk and trying to find a new routine
Hi! I am Emily and just joined this month. I live in Manayunk and had to move last month a mile down the road from my last place. I love yoga and the move has now made my classes a mile walk to get there instead of a few blocks away. I have a gym in my apartment building now and I’ve been walking the trail more with my dogs, doing yoga maybe only once a week now and mostly from my place. I like being part of a group because there is always so much to learn and I like to see how people can achieve success differently. I do well in environments where I can take control individually while being coached among community. It helps me show up the way I want to because let’s be real it can be so hard to show up for yourself. There is just something about community that makes it more motivating to be accountable.

Hey everyone, I am Hazel from the UK, I have 5 children and 10 grand chicks....with another on the way 🐣 I have quite a few hobbies like lego, book nooks, knitting....and trying to learn crochet too. I also enjoy riding the bikes, both push bike and my motorbike. Looking forward to being part of the community and meeting light and like minded people just like me 🙏

I live outside Boston, have a 5 year old daughter, and WFH as an instructional coach for a tutoring company. I currently use Peloton and BODI as my workout programs.
