Total Body - week 2
It feels funny finally doing these in order ( I did 1 last week and will probably do 3 on Saturday or Sunday !) I noticed the progressions made more sense. My legs definitely felt this one, but the tricep push ups were no joke, either! Also very happy to report I actually made some progress on a business goal I'm working on this morning -- squeezing in some small action where I can! Following through on our promises to ourselves really does generate so much confidence and positive vibes 🤩

I ❤️ leg day so much!
How am I already back to final leg day of the 21 Day Fix SB?!? This round flew by. Heading to the gym after work to get in my interval run and maybe some extra stretching. This week is a collection of precisely stacked tasks as we hit the home stretch of this move. I've built in time for fun (going to a movie tonight and networking on Friday morning), but I've also got meetings and doctor's appointments sprinkled in. I can't wait for April!

Active Sunday!
7484 steps at the moment. In addition to doing all the laundry today (I get so many steps hauling it down two flights then up two flights in several loads!), prepping meals for today and some ahead of the week — all my usual for Sundays - Wesley and I also went for a walk to his school where he will be going to kindergarten and then for a loop around the block on his tricycle. I got a lot of work done for my business, from prepping for a 1:1 call to making a plan for April and getting content together for the next week in March’s group! I love finishing and feeling productive and ready for the week on a Sunday! This week my focus is on continuing to move up to 7000-8000 steps a day, 3 workouts with weights, and yay! This week on Thursday I hit my 50th ride at the studio! Lots to be excited for 🥰

New week & feeling pumped!
We’re in the final week of March and it’s MONDAY!! The Daily Fire 🔥 from GrowthDay got me all hyped up and excited — especially knowing I have a plan for April for a group and some simple checklist tasks I can do a little each day to work toward goals. Clarity is so helpful!!! 💯 Finished up lower body 1 from week 6 today — honestly it felt good to lift heavy and focus on the muscle. Highest ever Calf Raise (40x2!) lift today! And highest ever single leg dead lift (35lb) I’m left with two total body workouts in 25 min speed train — 1 on deck for tomorrow, mobility Wednesday, spin Thurs and Fri! And then Saturday or Sunday possibly the last one (if I have time, and energy)
