My every other day check in
Guys... I can't keep up. I mean, I know I could but I am not doing a great job at this. YESTERDAY - delightful dynamic recovery -- It actually had more "work" in it than I expected. I will toss my bands and my slides into my bag for the beach with sneakers and workout clothes and take it along to do if I feel up to it. I'm really not holding myself to any workouts on vacation (no schedule) but will do something if I want to and have the energy! I'll be honest, recovery and rest is important and lately I don't feel like I'm taking enough. TODAY - SPIN!! Wow! What a great burn workout that had my heart pumpppping! I love that it isn't just a cardio challenge or a workout, the choreography adds a layer of mental work that also keeps me coming back. Our brains need that like our bodies!
