I’ve been wanting to get back into running! I ran 1.25 and walked 1 mile. Slowly inching my way back into a routine. It’s a scorcher out there 🔥

Fresh air!
I had jury duty this morning so sat in a room tor 3.5 hours only to be told to go home! Desperately needed some movement so out for a walk, even in the heat, feels good!

Off we go!
Glute max in early before we headed to the beach! Checking in from the car!! Not holding myself accountable for any workouts besides all the walking we will be doing and letting myself rest this week. I have two challenging weekends of workouts coming up anyway and I need it. I did bring sliders, bands and sneakers but I will just follow my body’s lead and not push it! Salad for the car but beer with dinner for sure! 😁
