Because of our new puppy, I’ve been waking up early and was able to hope on the VG and get my workout in before work! Almost forgot my sweaty selfie

I had a good second half of yesterday in terms of how I was feeling and slept much better, but woke up this morning and my body is just not happy right now. I thought it was some food I ate (I used old flour in a recipe but once I knew I threw it out.) I’m hoping that this resolves itself as that works itself out of my system but I’m having a hard time now staying optimistic because I worry about the worst happening. Anyway, I did the workout! I’m planning on my mobility day tomorrow (switching my plan up since I may be spinning Thursday now) to give my body a little rest and then hope I can get beyond this! 💪🏼

Yesterday I woke up not feeling great and let myself rest, saying I’d at least walk later. Well the rest of the day was a crapstorm. I worked to not let it get to me and got in some great movement today and TODAY will be a good day!

Definitely more rested today and feeling the difference right away. Cardio day - not my fave.
