Movement That Feels Like Therapy 🖤🎧
Strength training will always be my anchor… but let’s be real, I have other happy places too. 😂💪✨ When I’m not hitting the machines and dumbbells, you’ll find me in one of these spots: 🖤 Pilates on the reformer (humbling but addicting) 🏓 Pickleball (my cardio that doesn’t feel like cardio) 🪩 Zumba (instant mood booster) 🚴‍♀️ AMP Cycle (edm party overload) It’s the combo of movement + community + fun that keeps me consistent, even on the weeks life is loud. 🙌 Your turn, BBB fitness fam 👇 What’s YOUR happy workout space when you’re not doing traditional strength training? So cool that you have so much variety in your movements! In my case, yoga will always be my anchor. It’s more like a “first love never dies” kind of attachment as it was my introduction to something outside dancing in school that made me feel really fulfilled. Since then I’ve also explored other activities and Pilates definitely follows second in my heart nowadays.

I increased the weights for my workouts this week and managed to complete Lower Body and Upper Body up to date with these heavier weights. Looking forward to doing my Full Body workout later.

Airport diaries ✈️
A bunch of random thoughts: Heading to Phuket for a few days. I always choose not to use the walking escalator (or whatever you call it) just so I can get more steps in 😆 Trying to get 5000 steps before boarding 🤙 Big W for Thailand carrying protein shakes and hard boiled eggs at the airport 🙏 Thinking about getting my second coffee before 7:30 AM 🤔 Have a solid day, everybody❤️
