I stretch daily and work on mobility. Gratitude is also a daily practice every morning. I need to make sure and meditate as well!

I was too tired to do much more than walk and do pelvic floor Pilates towards the end. It really varies on the mom and how she’s feeling mentally and physically. If she’s tired, sometimes it’s best to just rest.

I have never done traditional CrossFit but have done many cross training type workouts! While I loved them, it is very important to always work with the coach and trainer available. Right now, I find them to be too intense for me, but think they are great for others that are looking for a challenge:)
