every one one fas off the path from time to time, knowing that its not the end of the world and that you can always correct the behavior is what matters, one meal not a big deal 2 meals ok what's going on 3 meals hey coach I need some encouragement 4 meals its time for the tribe to get involved lets stay up and encourage each other!!
