Number six introduces simple additions to the old, and applications of something slightly new. The intensity increased a little, and so have the payoffs. Do these sessions in order, get your gains, and Flex Hard!

In addition to ongoing and recently released training options, which item below would you like to see added next? Glute Building: Layered exercises that stretch, strengthen, and grow your glutes in ways that add to your athleticism and longevity. Faux-sacs to Cossacks: Sequences of exercises that stand in their own for building your hips, adductors, and hamstrings, but that also lead to near Cossack positions (Faux-sacs) and ultimately to how to get the most out of what I regard as the ultimate lower body access position. Full Body Minicamp: Shorter sets of Full Body training sessions with a more specific focus, and all of the intensity.

Faux-sacs to Cossacks would be great as it’s something I struggle with - however as mentioned above anything is great 🙂
