You start the journey with full motivation 💪 You eat clean. You walk daily. You say no to junk. Then one day…🍪 You take a few bites🚶‍♀️ You miss a walk😔 You feel tired, bloated, stressed And suddenly your mind says:“Ab faida kya?”“Main consistent nahi reh sakti.”“Kal se phir start karungi.” 🚫 THIS is where most people lose. Not because of food.Not because of laziness.But because they think one imperfect day = failure. ✨ Truth bomb:Progress is made by people who continue after small mistakes. 💚 You don’t need: ❌ Extreme control ❌ Zero cravings ❌ Perfect days You need: ✅ Patience ✅ Self-kindness ✅ Consistency over time 😄 Now the fun part:If weight loss had a reset button, you’d all press it after every cookie 🍪😂But since it doesn’t… we just laugh, drink water, and move on 💃🤭 💬 Tell me:Which one describes you today? Day 13
The day started great but after lunch, I messed up😕 1 glass plain water after waking up Stretching 10 minutes walking 1 glass qehwa Breakfast: 1 fried egg + 2 slices of bread + 1 cup tea without sugar 1 litre water before lunch Lunch: cucumber + daal chawal + podina chatni Snack: egg beaten in milk because I had lower back pain for the past couple of days and this is the only thing that makes it better. Had 3 gala biscuits before dinner. Dinner was leftover daal chawal And ended the day with fries 🙃🙃🙃 Total water intake: 1.5 liters Steps also less: 6500

No junk✅️ I had my balanced meal, which helped keep my cravings under control Mobility ✅️ 30 minutes walk + 10 minute beginner workout Mindful Eating ✅️ Water intake _7_8 glass Fiber _ 2 oranges Protein in every meal✅️ egg and daal in breakfast ,skip lunch , chicken in dinner I was very busy yesterday, that's why posting Day 3 today. I am grateful that I am improving my routine little by little every day and adopting healthy habits. I am grateful i am learning to take care of myself.

When i miss workout i feel like human When no body sees me i still do it bcz i love myself Now I m more aware of my habits

Protein _ 2 eggs in breakfast Couldn't add protein every meal because i couldn't cook for myself due to hand injury Also couldn't do stretch Walk _ 30 minutes Water _7_8 glass Fiber _ 2 oranges I am grateful that I was able to do even this much today. Once my injury gets a little better, InshaAllah I will do it properly.
