Protein _ 2 eggs in breakfast
Couldn't add protein every meal because i couldn't cook for myself due to hand injury
Also couldn't do stretch
Walk _ 30 minutes
Water _7_8 glass
Fiber _ 2 oranges
I am grateful that I was able to do even this much today. Once my injury gets a little better, InshaAllah I will do it properly.
