TGIF, everyone! 🌞 How's your week been treating you? Drop a quick update—what was the highlight (or the funniest moment) of your week? 😄 Mine was pretty solid! The weather the last couple of days has been absolute perfection—22°C, clear blue skies, gentle breeze. We took full advantage and had relaxed breakfasts out on the balcony both yesterday and today, just soaking up the sun. Pure bliss ☕🌤️ Fitness-wise, I've been consistent: runs, upper + lower body strength sessions at the gym, plus walks to round it out. Big first for me today—I tried Smith machine barbell squats! It felt a bit weird compared to free barbell squats (the fixed path changes the positioning and stability), but I pushed through and hit a back-off set of 65 kg for 6 reps. Also went heavy on the 45-degree leg press machine, maxing out at 90 kg for 8 reps on the final set. It's honestly refreshing to mix in different machines and dumbbell work on my own. No coach guiding every move like in CrossFit or BFT classes, but I love the freedom to really focus, optimize my form, control the tempo, and apply all the techniques I've picked up from those classes. That said, I still enjoy the energy of group sessions too! So curious—what about you?
