@JoJo Light thank you, after all the previous resistance I feel like I’ve made a lot of progress even if not perfect.. quick question in the parasite detox it says to take zeolite with the other supplements in the morning - does that not bind to all the good stuff aswell if taken together? I’m confused as in heavy metals protocol it says to take it 2hrs away from everything 🄓

@JoJo Light is it common to have heart palpitations during parasite detox? I’ve been having them for a few days now. Have been releasing a lot of heart based trauma but I suspect it’s also related to my stomach/vagus nerve & some of the supplements as it has been a bit iffy since starting the protocol.
Local cafe breakfast appreciation
Went to one of my favourite cafes for breakfast this morning to do something nice for myself and had to share a photo of this amazing rainbow of a breakfast bowl. I’m proud of myself for not ordering the other meal I wanted which was quite fat heavy (Pb and avo smash)..be gone parasite cravings šŸ˜… Their food is always so aesthetically pleasing and everything is made in house with local as possible ingredients, it’s a matcha smoothie bowl with gluten free granola. So yum!

@Jill Southard oh wow, yes agree though it’s taking so much of my time just prepping all the fruit and veg for this vegan diet as it is, I’ll just let other people do the pretty food for now šŸ˜…
Energy balls
I feel tired this week for detoxing parasites so I made my first ever energy balls. It has raw cacao, almond, chia seeds, flax seed, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and bananas. Oh and some oats. P/s : no bake but I roasted some of the nuts because they smell good when roasted.

If You Can’t Detox Physically, Read This
Hello beautiful beings šŸ¤ A member asked a really good question and I wanted to expand on it. I want you to really sit with this… You can follow every single step of a cleanse eat perfectly, take all the right supplements do all the protocols… …and still not heal. Not because the protocol doesn’t work but because you haven’t addressed what created the condition in the first place. This is where most people get it wrong. They think healing is physical only. It’s not. (Most of you are aware of this but I like to send a reminder) The body is the LAST place something shows up. Before anything becomes physical, it exists as: • a pattern • a program • a stored trauma • a subconscious contract • a loop you’ve been running (consciously or unconsciously) So when you go straight into detoxing the body without clearing those layers, what happens? You’re trying to remove something… that your system is still holding onto energetically. That’s why people: • keep getting the same symptoms • detox and feel worse without resolution • clear something and it comes back • jump from protocol to protocol with no real change Because the root cause (trauma, programs or contracts) is still active. Now let’s talk about this lymphatic cleanse question because it applies to EVERYTHING. Yes… you can absolutely do the energetics without doing the full physical cleanse. And not only ā€œcanā€ you… for many of you, you SHOULD start there. Because when you work on the energetics, you are: • opening pathways in the body • releasing resistance and fear stored in the system • dissolving programs tied to stagnation, illness, and holding trauma • bringing your body back into a state where it feels SAFE to let go And this is key… The body will not release what it does not feel safe releasing. So if you go straight into heavy detox without addressing that: you can overwhelm the system slow things down or even create more symptoms But when you combine: • lymphatic movement (massage, dry brushing, rebounding)

Thank you. I’ve recently become aware of a pattern or program that’s impacting me in so many ways since beginning these detox protocols. In an adhd context it’s called pathological task/demand avoidance, or there’s oppositional defiance too. I’ve realised this applies to my healing aswell as my physical world as a mirror..when I am given a task or protocol, or even sometimes during the MP3s when instructed to visualise/let go/break a contract there’s a part of me that instantly doesn’t want to, blocks or attacks, does the opposite. And on the flip side of that, I seem to let go and heal more when I am not even trying to or even paying attention to it. It’s like the more I try to do a thing the less I want to subconsciously. I’ve been having some issues letting go of some dark parts and energetics for a while now and I suspect they are tied up in this somehow. Is that mostly just programming & trauma @JoJo Light? And how would you suggest to dive into this? Because whenever I consciously make the effort to these issues crop up which makes it difficult to get anywhere sometimes!

@JoJo Light have been sitting on this for a couple days. Parts of me felt exposed talking about what I perceive to be a flaw in a group setting & parts felt ashamed & worried that I was coming across the wrong way. Also parts that consciously are like, no but I love learning and healing! So why am I like this? Have been healing a lot & a big part of it so far is fear of getting things wrong or not understanding & feeling stupid. The pressure of being requested to do a thing at any given moment makes parts of me go into freeze mode/mind blank while other parts get frustrated because they are saying but we are trying! We are listening! So why can’t you do it? Still more to go, but it’s a start. Anyway, thanks for your input as always. I hope you know that I am very much grateful for this experience with you & Leo even if parts of me are fighting it.
