I danced 4 hrs 15 min; Goals for Carbs: 120-140g, Fat 40-50g, and Protein:110 Note: I added more see photo; hit my water goal; no alcohol; got 11,636 steps.

Checklist and macros for Day 15. Didn't get my max protein (needed to choose between higher protein, or higher calories/no fast for the day - I was confused. lol!), but otherwise the day went well and weight dropped a pound (1.5 lbs the time I'm posting this)

Debating if I’m going to Pilates or doing an at home workout today… Any of you plan on going to Pilates tonight? I met my protein intake for breakfast and lunch! All I have is dinner. Been drinking nothing but water!!!

@Amy Loussia that’s good you got a workout in. I try to make it to both Monday and Wednesday Pilates classes, so hopefully will see you. Such great classes!
