Yesterday Pilates + 20 min workout and reach protein goal. Today Andre’s workout and reach protein goal.
Day 7
Did Andre’s 20 min workout + 4 sets of glutes workout. Couldn’t reach my protein intake, 90 gr. Low carbs.
