TEN MORE DAYS TO GO Y’ALL!!!!!!! Lost one pound since last week, totaling four pounds down so far in this challenge! Got my AM workout in with Felix! Got in all my protein as well!

I did today's pilates at TCFπŸ€ΈπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ today and danced 3 hours after. Goals for Carbs: 120-140g, Fat 40-50g, and Protein: 100-110 see photo. I hit my water goal no alcohol, got 13,817 steps.
