Finally!
Started on something new since late November last year. I began being more mindful in the way I eat and what I put into my system. Even though my diet has not change, mindful eating has somehow helped me reduce the numbers on the scale. I know it isn'teverything but something is finally working for me and I am seeing some progress. From 76kg when I start last November to 73.3kg this morning. I willl continue to see if this is really that sweet spot for me. Can't wait!

Rest day
What should a rest day look like after 2-3 days of good workouts at the gym, so that I can be at my best the coming day? Food ofcourse is on the lower side, but what about activity levels, steps, mobility?

My rest day would usually involve lots of walking to hit my daily 15k steps still. Maybe an evening walk to just admire the nature. Nothing heavy, just a nice stroll.

@Darren Liu now that I've seen the video, it makes me wonder if I should give creatine a try. I walk about 15k steps on average with about 2 gym sessions and 3 cardio dance classes weekly.
My toxic obsession 😈
Does anyone just… Pace around a small room when you’re away at an early morning wedding so you don’t have to play too much catch-up later? The problem with trying to hit your AVERAGE step count instead of just hitting a regular number goal like 15,000 steps is that… The average just keeps getting higher šŸ˜†šŸ„² What have I become? #TeamWeird for life because normal hasn’t gotten me anywhere in life āœŒļø

I would offer to go get coffee and snacks for my colleagues so that I can get those steps in. 🤭
