Started on something new since late November last year. I began being more mindful in the way I eat and what I put into my system.
Even though my diet has not change, mindful eating has somehow helped me reduce the numbers on the scale. I know it isn'teverything but something is finally working for me and I am seeing some progress. From 76kg when I start last November to 73.3kg this morning.
I willl continue to see if this is really that sweet spot for me. Can't wait!
