Breakfast bake
Before the next 21 days starts, wanted to share a delicious recipe.
One of those ground pork sausage in a plastic roll (or less if you want less meat)
20 oz of shredded hash brown potato (thawed) or chopped sweet potato
Green red yellow peppers chopped/diced
1/4 cup onion diced
Good culture cottage cheese
A little cheddar cheese
Mix in a bowl: cup of milk or almond milk/ alternative milk,6-8 eggs or egg whites, a little Salt pepper
Mash the sausage in a pan and cook it til no pink;
Toss it in a 9x13 casserole dish
Add the thawed hash brown potato pieces, peppers, onion. Salt pepper, cottage cheese (mix it around) and then pour the eggs/milk over it.
Bake for 1 hour 350 degrees
Change up how much you want of the different ingredients if you want it to be veggie heavy. Protein sources- eggs cottage cheese pork sausage
