- 20 Hanging Knee Raises (lower abs)
- 20 Crunches (upper abs)
- 10 Hip Dips (obliques)
🔹 Circuit 2 – Power Combo
- Kettlebell Squat to Press – 8 reps
- Cable Lunge to Row – 16 reps
🔹 Circuit 3 – Strength Circuit
- Single-Leg Glute Bridges – each side
- Single-Arm Dumbbell Rows – 10 each
- Jumping Bulgarian Split Squats – 10
- 6 Thrust-to-Press → Alternating Press
