Enjoying outings without guilt. I’m hard on myself sometimes only because there are times when events come up and I really don’t want to get “off track”. When I feel good and choose to enjoy a treat it’s my choice otherwise , it’s annoying when it feels obligated.

After a shoulder injury, I prioritize mobility & flexibility work. A combination of rest, nutrition and mobility works for me.
