Day 43 - Go Big or Go Bigger
Day 43 - 09.29.2025 ✅ Pillar 1 - Fitness and Fuel 💪🏼 830AM (45 min) walk, 530PM (45 min) workout Water - 3.5 Liters. Ate Clean. Overall Macros Good. Protein - approx. 171g (175g objective). 💯 Pillar 2 - Mindset and Discipline Lesson Learned - Long-Term Persistence can overcome Short-Term Power. Water has shaped the earth much more over time than any volcano. 2 min cold plunge - YES! Ive really been missing this. 📖 Reading - “Who Not How” - If you have enough money to solve a problem, you don't have a problem. True, ive had to grow out of this mindset and dis-associate with many who try to make me feel bad when I dont do everything myself. Ive got way ahead by hiring experts, and paying $25k+ to be around people (multiple times) that operate at a level I want to level up to. People will pay for college, but they won’t pay people that make 10x more than they do to learn how to get to the next level. ❌ Pillar 3 - Business and Income Publish Content - I did not do this today. We had many very successful takes of our Ad. Autumn is learning how to edit videos, so we will see what she comes up with. ✅ Pillar 4 - Relationships and Leadership Host a Dinner - I did not do this today. Today we are doing dinner and a movie as a family. ✅ Pillar 5 - Lifestyle and Standards Audit Home / Workspace - Tidied up a few areas, every day habit. 💯 Win - Being told by Autumn, “Dad, we can do this, Go Big or Go Bigger!” Im proud that this girl is not ashamed to live beyond what others think she should. ✅ Struggle - None today.

Day 27 - 29/09/2025
Pillar 1 Great work out today (Monday is always chest and shoulders, how can it bot be great?!). Morning walk with the family. Enjoyed healthy food. Felt amazing. Pillar 2 Morning routine went as usual. Not much reading today though. Went down a nice to do list of priorities that were stalled for too long Pillar 3 Did a solid 2 hours bloc of work related to expand the clinical and rental businesses. Talked with many people about different topics (notary, mortgage agent, etc) Pillar 4 No phone mornings. Reached out to my dad and managed to help him with his business concerns. Pillar 5 Fixed the kitchen fan (finally). Prepped food. Prepared clothes for work and gym. Win : felt productive and amazing. Feeling like we are going to find a solution for our acquisition project in the Magdalen Islands. Had a nice queue from @Roman Walde to reach out to this community for my business problems (not enough new clients) Struggle : Did not succeed at creating my FB enterprise account (these techno things are really not my thing), and therefore, not been able to lunch the META add campaign in intend. Will have to find the who not how.

@Tcharlie Bédard Sound really great man... Workout, morning routine, deep work bloc, no phone morning (love that point), fixed stuff and prepare food and clothes.. you did it at all... I believe, that if we are keep all this habits high, the success will follow... yeah it's a lot of work and maybe hard times will coming, but my goal is it, to doing all this points from @Jason Watson every single day.... it's not easy, but I am going to be better every day.. Look at you, look at all the other guys here in this challenge... all of us are fast lift up in the last 20/30/40 days.. I know what will happen, when we doing it the next 365 days... And an important point is to look out for help in areas you don't have your skills. This community should be aible to help otherwise it's not a community 🔥🤙🏻 Maybe you do not get more clients, but I am sure there is a guy in here, who gives you the right tip to going on.. I just can say, one important point is it to be visible for your clients (Facebook, Insta, etc) and you have to find out, what they looking for and what they need.. Don't sale just you time, sale your service they looking for... hope it helps a little bit.

I push myself to look for new ideas every day after work. In the office I’ve finished all my tasks on time and managed to remove distractions. Struggle: None
