Win today: • Sunday full body workout 50 min, start 6.30 a.m. • Cold shower 5 min • Drink morning coffee with my wife, how every single day 🥰 • Read Atomic Habits 10 pages • Drink more than 1 gallon water • Healthy food. White rice with chicken curry style selfmade, veggie, fruits cream of rice. Protein high... • Did finish my 3 top prios at home.. • Track every € in and out, have to reduce my standing orders... Cashflow still not positiv this month 😡 • Family time. Played MONOPOLY Kids 🥰 Struggle today: During the training a 15 kg weight fall of my foot. Stupid thing!! But every thing ok, it was not very high.. hurt a little bit, but nothing damaged.... other struggle non...

Roman, I was looking at your checkins, and you’re so disciplined. It’s no wonder you have a six-pack! How do you manage to complete so much and stay disciplined for so long? Where do you get that energy?

Day 37 - 25.09.2025
Did I complete my workout? No. Today decided to stop being a hero and overtrain. In the evening, I had a 30-minute walk. Did I finish my water? Yes, I had two litres. Did I lock in my diet? Yes. Did I read any pages? Yes. Win: I had a crazy busy day in the office and managed to meet all my deadlines. Struggle: I’m struggling to learn how to deal better with being refused in sales. I feel like I take it personally. How have you all improved your selling skills?

Did I complete my workout? Yes, I did a morning run. Did I finish my water? Yes, I finished my 2 litres. Did I lock in my diet? Almost. Did I read any pages? Yes, I did. Win: I spent another 12 hours in the office, but I’m home now. Struggle: I didn’t eat any fruits today. I had a coffee to trick my brain and spent more time delivering work.

@Frank Bowen Yeah, I’ve sorted out my protein intake — getting enough eggs and meat now. But I’ve noticed my digestion feels a bit heavy lately. Do they usually take any enzymes or something to help with that?

@Roman Walde Thanks, man! I’ll make sure to get some fruits and veggies in today. Totally agree — staying consistent with protein and good carbs makes a big difference.
