Not the best day after seeing some weight gain this morning but posting anyway. Got in my 120g of protein and a couple of ginger-tumeric teas

Amazing morning workout at TCF! I noticed that my workouts are exponentially better when I'm at TCF vs alone at home - I will try to go in every day next week even when I don't have an appointment scheduled to see if that helps. There were other wins today as well but I went overboard on the protein (I need 120 and probably ate closer to 170 today + higher calories). Meals are fully planned for a better day tomorrow though. EDIT: not checkmarked but currently drinking dandilion root tea. Hopefully it'll help prevent the bloat tomorrow!

High Protein Golden Milk
Today's snow day morning protein shake! (1) Add 1 ginger-tumeric tea bag to 2-3oz hot water (5 mins) (2) Warm Fairlife Core Power vanilla 42g protein shake (I frothed mine in a blender and using 8oz for the first cup) (3) Add warmed shake into tea mixture. (4) Get the kids outside to play in the snow and enjoy!

@Rita Sesi I love making protein hot chocolate! This vanilla one was my solution to getting more tumeric and ginger in throughout the day - was getting bored with plain teas. Lol!
