@Stephanie S I never thought about it that way before but I could see that playing a huge factor for me too.

👉 On Fridays, we like to keep it a little fun so today, I want everyone to share a win that they had this week (it doesn't matter how small). ❤️ Don't wait for something big to celebrate, it could be as simple as enjoying your coffee before it gets cold and not having to reheat it 3 times. 👇 Let us know in the comments what you're celebrating today

@Heather Cooksey Thank you! It's been a wild ride. But I'm so excited to see it thrive.
The rollercoaster
Monday was a high energy day, I felt good, the kids went back to school, excited to get back into the routine of things. Tuesday- was a down day, felt so defeated, but sales were good, just tired, grumpy, in a mood all day, even apologized to my kids about it at breakfast. Wednesday- was better, not as high on Monday- but not as grumpy or exhausted, was able to focus Thursday - Today - I got up like I normally do at 530, got dressed, made breakfast with my 5 yr (my early bird). and then I was able to shower and I laid down for what i was hoping a few minutes - ended up becoming a 30 minute nap - a reset to the day.. What is your roller coaster like? How do you handle when your hormones are all over the place and sometime you just need a cat nap? I knew it was hormones the high energy and then the crash.

@Raym Hardy I committed to showing up consistently on tik Tok so I make sure I do that every day. No matter what. The others kind of depend on the season of life. I also spend 10 minutes 1 on 1 with all 3 of my boys every day. Life is chaotic so I like to check in and just do whatever they want to do. It's been a game changer in parenting.

@Raym Hardy I do something that they enjoy. I've seen such a big difference in their behaviour and our relationships. I have 3 so 10 minutes isn't too hard. But I've heard svev 5 of just you and them makes a big difference
I MADE A SMALL SHIFT. THAT HAD HUGE IMPACT.
I MADE A SMALL SHIFT. THAT HAD HUGE IMPACT. So in the last seven days, my community Mums Embracing Neurodiversity has gone from 0% to 21% conversion. And I want to be really super clear, this isn’t about numbers for the sake of numbers. This is about CONNECTION. This is about people feeling me, not just seeing content. I’ve been sitting quietly reflecting on what I’ve done differently, because I’ve felt a shift in myself since just before Christmas, and definitely since before the New Year, in how I’m approaching my business. My copy. My way of showing up. My own energy and nervous system around business. For a long time, I didn’t really know where or how I fitted in, so I became a bit of a chameleon. And that’s not what I want to do anymore. THE FIRST SHIFT - MY WORDS One of the biggest changes has been my copy. It’s now literally my full spoken words. No overthinking. No editing. No going back to change things because they don’t look “professional enough”. My words, how I actually speak them. I’ve also changed the layout. Instead of following the copywriting style most entrepreneurs use, I’ve made it fuller. Fewer line breaks. Fewer gaps. More like how my brain actually talks. I’m really very clear on this, I don’t allow AI to change who you are, what you stand for, or your voice. But I do use AI, because of my neurodiversity. I struggle to stay focused. I struggle to get my thoughts in order. My dyslexia means everything can get jumbled. I fumble words. I lose words. I know what I want to say, but I can’t always access it. My written style has never matched my verbal style, and I realised I didn’t want to hide that anymore. I wanted people to feel like they’re hearing my voice when they read my copy, like I’m actually there with them. Not some overly polished version of me that’s been labelled “professional” by someone else’s standards. THE SECOND SHIFT — HOW I SHOW UP The other thing I’ve done differently, and this feels so big, is how and where I’m showing up. Instead of going onto Skool thinking I need to interact with X amount of people or tick things off a list, I’ve shifted into REAL CONVERSATIONS. Not just with people in my niche. Just people.
I MADE A SMALL SHIFT. THAT HAD HUGE IMPACT.

This was such a great thing for me to hear today. I really struggle being truly authentic. I've learned to cover it up for so long. I'm trying to unlearn that so my business matches my true self

@Naomi Quinn Thank you! It's definitely hard. But so worth it
Getting back into Rhythm
We usually don’t get sick, but whew… the holidays hit us hard this year. Between the chaos and all the things, our whole family was out for weeks. It felt like one long blur of rest, recovery, and survival mode. 😅 Now we’re slowly rebuilding our rhythms, routines, and schedules again. So what was your biggest business or parenting insight from last year that you’re carrying into this year? Not a word of the year. Just something real you learned that’s shaping how you move forward now. 👇 Drop it below. I’d love to hear what you’re taking with you.💕

I completely agree with systems. My life has been so much simpler. Looking forward to expanding in that area this year
