As a SAHM chef, I have stayed away from the sourdough band wagon, not enough time, too afraid, its a new skill I would have to learn and all the things, but when it comes to a new recipe, i get excited and find it relaxing. So I recently joined another skool community - crust and crumb academy to see if it would be something that I could do and well, its happening. This may not be a win for business, but its win for my personal confidence and with the right people and community, you can overcome your fears.
