Okay so confession time. I realized this week why I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed with my skool community and all the things. It’s not just because I offer a lot. I do offer a lot. Like… a LOT. 😂 But the real issue is that I was basically handing people the keys to the whole house and saying Here you go. Kitchen. Living room. Guest room. Backyard. Attic. Basement. Secret Tunnels. Have fun. And meanwhile they were probably thinking Um hi I just wanted to know where the front door is. 😅 That was my "aha" moment. 💡 I don’t need to create more things. I don’t need to add more value. I don’t need to explain everything all at once. What I actually need is ONE clear offer. One starting point. One front door. Then once people are inside and comfortable we can walk into the living room together. No pressure. No overwhelm. One step at a time. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither is a peaceful homeschool or a sustainable business. I had everything already. I just needed to present it slowly instead of all at once. So that’s what I’m doing now. Simplifying. Scaling back. Leading with clarity instead of chaos. And honestly it already feels lighter. 😮‍💨✨ Be real with me for a second. Today is the last day of my 12 days of healthy holidays challenge. it was a ton of fun and I got so much engagement - I watched my discovery improve each day - I loved that! I think that my community got a ton of value from it and it really helped them get through those first 2 weeks of december feeling healthier and more confident. I would love to keep the engagement up but I need ideas. What are some easy ways to keep everyone engaged while also keeping my sanity so I'm not overworked?
