What would you do with an extra 2 hours a day?
I just helped an insurance broker named Kailey save herself 2 hours a day in 40 minutes🤯 Here's what I set up for her: Call Filtering system: so that when she received a (probably work related)call from an unknown number on the weekend, it would be filtered and go straight to voicemail. Missed Call text back: 82% of clients would drop a broker over slow response times. So when she doesn't answer a phone call, right after they hang up they receive a text message saying "sorry, I'm busy with my family or helping another client right now. I will reach back out within 24 hours." Call recording and summaries: Kailey takes all her calls on the phone, and she has been recording them and then manually typing them all out. Now they are recorded, transcribed, organized, and summarized without her needing to do anything. You can save time too! Here are some of my favorite automation apps. 100 Days to $30k/m - Day 11
I've missed a few days of daily posts because, in all honesty, I have been so busy but also feeling pretty burnt out at home. I spent the beginning of this week delivering for clients and building out pipelines, I also used the last few days to build the pipeline for my own business, write a few emails, work on a couple client's websites, and do a few sales calls and discovery calls. On top of that, we had a formal evaluation done for my daughter yesterday where she was officially diagnosed with Global Developmental Delay as well as Autism and she was referred to a neurologist and advised to start a team of care at Boston Children's Hospital so that we could begin medical testing to look into metabolic disorders and other things that could be contributing to these conditions and her eczema and extreme allergies. Not only was that just a long day (being out and about with my daughter for 4 hours straight) but it was also emotionally draining. but this is what us mompreneurs do. We keep carrying on despite our personal struggles! My copy of Unoffendable came in the mail today so I can get started on reading May and June's book club book! Super excited for that! If you don't come, start attending. @Naomi Adek does a great job taking the lead on that. and, as always, i've been available for coffee chats, sales coaching, copy reviews, VIP mastermind calls, the cohort call, and the co-working this week as well. It's been a crazy week and I have an even crazier weekend ahead of us. I'll keep y'all posted and will be back in with the daily posts again going forward.

Rebuilding confidence after failure
Rebuilding confidence after failure is something I’ve had to do more times than I can count. There were moments I questioned everything — businesses that didn’t work, ideas that failed, launches that nobody noticed, financial stress, burnout, rejection, and times I genuinely wondered if I should just give up altogether. At times I felt like I was on a repeat wash! I couldn't get ahead. What people often don’t see behind entrepreneurship or building a portfolio life is how many times you have to quietly pick yourself back up and start again. I’ve had to dig deep emotionally, mentally, and financially more times than I ever expected. There were seasons where my confidence disappeared completely and I had to rebuild it slowly — one small action, one new idea, one brave decision at a time. But I’ve learned something important: Confidence doesn’t come from always succeeding and winning! It comes from surviving the moments you thought would break you of which I has many… and continuing anyway. Every setback taught me resilience. Every failure taught me wisdom. Every restart made me stronger. And honestly, some of my best opportunities came after the hardest seasons of my life because failure forced me to grow, adapt, and become more resourceful. So if you’re in a season where you feel behind, discouraged, or like things aren’t working out yet — keep going. It took me a while to realize that I wasn't starting from nothing but was starting from experience. And that experience will become your strength . This photo was taken almost 13 years ago and I had no idea of what I was doing or where I was at, but I always had a hope and a vision that was just locked away inside me. Have you ever had to completely rebuild your confidence after a difficult season in life or business? I’d love to hear your stories of rebuilding?
